The Drappier Reserve de L'Oenotheque Brut is the living memory of our family home. Preserved in our twelfth-century Cistercian cellars, this collection showcases the ancient, and often very rare vintages. When we consider them ready to reveal the intensity and originality of the year they were produced, we disgorge small batches, sometimes even just one bottle.
